We generally eat such food even doe we know its not good for us. Its really a serious issue so I am writing about it today. We all know we should eat more veg and less pizza, burgers, fries even I can’t resist them- but it's okay to indulge in the good stuff every once in a while, right? Right… as long as you're not indulging in these nutrition-busting culprits. Here are the top bad-for-you foods that you should ditch for your good only.

Orange juice

Ohhhhhh gosh! Ooorangee.. yes people are often surprised at just how much sugar is packed into orange juice. If you’re looking for the vitamins (and yummy taste) of fruit, you’re better off eating the whole fruit than just drinking its juice because with that you’ll end up having fiber too. We really should not be drinking such a sugary drink specially the diabetics if we value our weight or our health!

Diet Soda

Yes there are so many in the market nowadays by the name of diet soda n all. But is diet soda really a smart choice? The conspiracy is “Even though it doesn’t contain calories or sugar, the artificial sweetener it contains “aspartame” has been linked to weight gain and obesity due to its ability to increase hunger and food cravings,” Opt for sparkling water instead. There are much more healthier drink than this which one can opt for!!

Ketchup

Lovely ketchup ..Can’t even think of having French fries without it and piri piri too:) Sure it tastes fantastic , but ketchup isn’t as innocent as it looks. Although tomatoes full of health properties, shop and bought tomato products such as sauces and dips come packed with loads of sugar.“Sugar is added to better the flavour and hide the acidic taste. It also contains salt i.e packed with preservatives.” So try to have ketchup fine in moderation - but when you start putting it on everything, you might have a problem. So just think about it!!

White Bread

Well white bread are easy to cook ,tasty sandwitches oh my my! Most of the times, we just end up having white breads in our breakfast. But Carbs have gotten a bad rap over the past several years. Just make sure you choose the brown colour. Because refined grains increase the risk of type-2 diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, as well as obesity. If you can’t resist rice, bread and pasta, opt for the whole-grain (brown) alternatives, which reduce the risks to your health. Please take care of your health.

Flavoured yogurt

The natural is always better when it comes to yoghurt. “With flavoured kinds, the fat comes out (the healthy stuff) and the sugar and colouring go in (the unhealthy stuff). Real food should taste rich and creamy and natural. Flavoured yogurt will taste sweet and have artificial color. These all are again enemies of your health.
